The aim of this partnership is to enable Indigenous people to be confident, connected, healthy, have equal opportunities with education, training, employment, justice and life choices and be valued as positive, healing and leading contributors to community.
As part of this agreement we will work together to set long term targets that assist in addressing disadvantage of Aboriginal people in the communities in which Sci Aero Group operates. This will be achieved through training and employment to prepare them for the workforce of the future and to achieve financial wellbeing through inclusion.
We will endeavour to assist Aboriginal people acquire the skills Australian economy and society needs and provide our employees and partners with opportunities for them to contribute their time and resources to local initiatives that bring sustainable change in the lives of Aboriginal people.
We look forward to a long term partnership with the Foundation.
